Returns

Due to the nature of skincare and haircare products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

We only accept returns if:

  • The product was damaged during delivery

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unopened and unused

  • In its original packaging

  • Reported within 48 hours of delivery

Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the item is inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or store credit, depending on the case

Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage

  • Clearance or promotional items

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
